Canola Oil for frying
1 - 1.5 pounds of chicken wings
1 Tbs Granulated Garlic
½ Tbs Salt
½ Tbs Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
SweetZING Sauce for coating
Coat all the chicken wing parts in the garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce and let them marinate up to an hour.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Heat three inches of canola oil in a pot or skillet to 375 degrees F.
Add half the chicken wing parts to the oil and fry them until they're golden brown and fully cooked 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the other half of the wing parts.
Place the wings in an ovenproof dish add SweetZING Sauce– tossing to coat. Bake in the oven for 10-15 mins.
Serve hot from the oven with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
